Ran Power Engineering is committed to providing excellence in service for all our customers and aims to exceed expectations whenever possible. We offers a full range of maintenance and Service options to suit client’s needs. We have our skilled engineers and service personnel who work untiringly to deliver support to the clients against Electrical Sub-station equipment’s such as HT Switchgear Panel, Distribution Transformer, L.T. Switchgear Panel, P.F.I. Plant. Our Field Technician team is factory trained and acquainted with all major brands.
To support our customers we provide high quality lifecycle Management and Operational Services. Ran Power has its own workshop which is well equipped with high quality tools and service materials which offer and provide various specialized services to our customers. During the agreement period, our team will visit customer’s facility as per the agreed schedule and provide service and maintenance.
As such we strive to work to the following customer care policy:
- Our customers will be treated with courtesy at all times.
- We will return all telephone calls promptly and arrive on time.
- We will endeavour to work as cleanly and as quietly as possible at all times.
- We will work with as little disruption to our customer as possible.
- We aim to have all works complete within a stated time scale.
As a total repair and service facility we offer 24/7, 365 days a year as well as emergency response.
